Manitoba

Manitoba's curriculum is set by Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning and published on its Framework for Learning site, with several subjects being renewed: K-10 science is fully implemented in 2026/27, Grades 9-12 ELA is new in 2026/27, and draft K-8 ELA and new Grade 9 math are piloting. Senior Years (Grades 9-12) are credit courses coded by grade (10, 20, 30, 40) and type (F, S); graduation needs 30 credits, 17 compulsory, with Grade 12 provincial tests in ELA and math. French is optional in the English Program; French Immersion and Français programs have their own curricula.
